Chris has 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, real estate developer, and investor. He has consistently created ventures that identify and capitalize on market opportunities and has executed over $200 million of real estate developments.
He has acquired, designed, entitled and constructed several award-winning real estate projects in the San Francisco Bay area and Scottsdale, Arizona including Scottsdale Quarter Arizona’s premier lifestyle center.
He is noted for his development vision and capital structures. Chris also worked within his family’s homebuilding and development companies and was responsible for master plan developments in Arizona and Northern California.
Bryan A. Thompson, LEED AP
Principal – Skapa Design + Build
Bryan has 15 years of project management experience constructing a multitude of product types in the city of Chicago and throughout Arizona and Southern California for a diverse clientele including Fortune 100 and 250 companies. These projects consist of large scale commercial, high end residential, industrial, and education products as well as semiconductor process piping and clean room environments.
Prior to joining Skapa Bryan spent 3 years at First Solar managing the design and construction of utility-scale solar installations. During his tenure Bryan successfully managed the construction of several fixed and tracker solar plants, including one of the world’s largest PV plants.
Bryan is a LEED Accredited Professional and has successfully completed projects with total contract values of over $500 million. Bryan graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Engineering and graduated from the W.P Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a Master of Business Administration.
Director of Interior Design
Michelle has been in the luxury home business since 2006. Throughout her design tenure, she has completed projects ranging from 1,400 square feet to 10,000 square feet in California, Arizona, Idaho and New York.
In addition to working in residential design, she has worked at shelter magazines Vogue Living in New York and Phoenix Home and Garden in Arizona.
Michelle graduated from Arizona State University with a Degree in Communications and Journalism as well as receiving an Interior Design Professional Certification
